I just realised something stupid. Since *Someone* is leaving for his studies, effectively most if not all of his jobs are being handed over to me. Now I'm one man doing multiple jobs. Does that mean my pay increases? Or does that mean same job, same pay, higher responsibilities and workload?
Not trying to be selfish or anything but just being realistic and pragmatic.
And some singers are just fucking whiners.

Legalised Organ Trading.
Is opening a whole can of worms. There are some people in life who are indeed, less fortunate. However, if they are any good they will succeed in what they do, or survive the calamity.
Legalising organ trading is like legalising the black market. It is an abhorrent and insidious thing to do. Who actually benefits from legalising organ trading? Let us think through this practically. Whoever is selling their organs would definitely want a high price for the organ.
Being an extremely pragmatic people, are we going to take a very uneconomical decision to subsidise the prices of the organs for the people who need it and charge it at an affordable rate? Even if the country we're buying from has a currency ten times smaller than ours... how much money would that be?
The recent case of CK Tang was 300,000 SGD. Divide that by 10 and its still 30,000 SGD. Tell me which lower or middle class family can afford that? In this case, the actual amount going to the donor was about 23,700 SGD. Fine. So... assuming since it is legalised, it has no black market referral charges, how are you going to afford the cost of the operation on top of the organ cost?
Even if you DO afford everything... how are you going to live life from now on? Lack of money? Lack of health? Lets be honest. It isn't going to be a pretty frolicking in the green field with flowers sort of life.
It is unlikely that the organ price will be subsidised by the government because healthy people like myself will be at an OUTRAGE that my money is being used to subsidised for these people whom I don't even know will contribute to society or not! I wouldn't mind donating to say... people like Ghandi, Thomas Jefferson... or some other great chap's operation costs.
Telling me to donate for people who probably hasn't done a single good deed in life? Or will never get to because of their medical condition?
This aside, you tell me that it is inhumane to deny these people treatment and that people are people. So I'll simply rebut that it is god's fault that such problems exist is it not? He allowed such problems to flourish. If we legalise organ trading, then god would have allowed criminal syndicates to go about and kidnap people, stealing their organs to be sold to singapore.
Organ trading is morally wrong on so many levels it is absurd that it is even considered at all!
If people do not take care of their health and incur medical problems, it is their fault and they deserve to suffer for it. By being an adult and being human, you take responsibility for your own well being and you maintain it. When you neglect your responsibility you pay for it. You don't simply throw out a bundle of notes and suddenly its all alleviated.
Even if it is a genetic problem. I still stand on the "hard-ass" opinion that organ trading should not be legalised. It is because of the failure of society, of the ridiculous promotion of fashion, of romance and of absolute stupidity and rules of pop culture courtship that allows such problems to exist.
The weak die so that the strong may survive. Look into the animal kingdom. The animals which are not kept in captivity are usually healthy and strong because only the strongest get to breed. Even if a weak offspring is produced, nature will take care of it ensuring that only the fittest remain.
If society was based on the same principles of survival and consistent self-improvement, we would have very little of the problems we faced today.
And this is also why I have such a firm, if extremist stance on choosing the person to be the wife. I lived a life where I have no ailments to my health, I'm in the pink of health, so to say... with perhaps just a little hypertension from time to time (which doesn't affect me at all currently) and I know how troublesome a life can be once you start chalking up allergies and sickness.
What about your children? So you're telling me because of your selfish desires to enjoy sex or procreation and you give a life of misery to your children? Don't be a joke. Even if the child is very happy from the amount of care and love you shower upon them, think about the times they will spend coughing in fits and spasms or whatever horrid affliction they may get hit with.
The amount of social ostracism they will receive because they are unwell, the times when no matter how much you love them they will still be alone. That no matter how much you hold them their bodies burn in pain from the inside out from organ failure. Think of the pain and misery you'll be causing before you decide that love is good and all encompassing and spare a thought for their suffering.
While genocide and banning of procreation of supposedly "weak" gene pools are outright evil and just as ridiculous... People should shoulder the responsibility of their decisions. If your son/daughter has a medical condition and it is inherited, do not expect society to shoulder the burden for you.
So. I side tracked abit.
At the end of the day, I can only see that the rich and the upper class will benefit from the legalising of the organ trade. Thats all these sort of laws have ever achieved. The consequence of this law will be grave and terrible. Imagine, instead of mass looting going on in indonesia with the next economic crisis you have massive amount of people running around gutting people to sell every single one of their organs because everyone is a walking atm machine waiting to be extracted.
To a certain extent, humans, except those of the utmost moral calibre, are evil in nature. Even I myself, will break under the most hideous torture and I doubt there are much people who can stand up to it. The best thing to do, is to prevent evil from happening while morality still stands and to never let the equilibrium slip into the twilight.
