I realise that, there is a lot of things on my mind but it isn't something that I'll write.

It was difficult to talk about my frustration because I really couldn't and I didn't want to, as much as I was unhappy with the circumstances.

Somehow, having resigned from my job, I am actually more busy than when I had a job.

The only bright side today perhaps, was a 18:18 for 3.2km, though I believe that was running at my full capacity, 5:43min per km. Not as good as my best timing for 5k though.
